• Note, that Darkmoon Faire is a time-limited event and the order would be started when there's one going on in the SoD realms, as you can only obtain the trinket when the event is up;

• This service is done with account sharing. For the account-sharing option, you will have to let our booster access your WoW account. You are not allowed to play the character that the booster is working on.

• If you checked out as a guest, an account would automatically be created for you. Make sure to check your email and the spam folder to receive your account details. If, by any chance, you haven't received your email, please contact our 24/7 live support chat for help!

• Log in to your account. A chat should be opened, between you and your booster. Say "Hi" and check if they has everything they need to start your order (like account access when doing a piloted boost)

• You will receive an email notification when your boost is completed. The order chat with your booster will also close after the order completion.

• Reviews - Since November 2016, we have implemented an integrated system that enables the comprehensive evaluation of each booster on our platform. This system has remained operational to the present day. Furthermore, commencing in December 2023, we are expanding our review platform presence to include Trustpilot. We kindly request your assistance in supporting us by sharing your valuable feedback on Trustpilot.

• Booster - this option allows you to choose a specific booster or the first available to complete your order;

• Stream - For a flat tax you will get a private stream link from Youtube, Twitch, or another service provider. The link will be provided by your booster in your order chat;

• Appear Offline - is a service we usually provide by default. We will play while "offline" or "invisible" and we will never reply back to any messages. Note that when playing in a party the "offline" status will have to be temporarily disabled;

• Piloted - Need assistance? Our expert booster will play your account on your behalf;

• Fast Service - Once an order is placed it will be processed immediately and a booster will be assigned between 15 minutes and a couple of hours, depending on the service, platform, and the booster availability.
