BOOSTING RULES
General Boosting Rules & Responsibilitie
1. Website profile maintenance
- Upload a square proportion avatar, that doesn’t look blurry on the webpage (must be game/anime/art related, no memes and shit posts)
- If you are using a fake name, make it not so obvious, use something adequate.
- Write a description about yourself and why should the clients pick you, recommended amount of 100 words
- You MUST fill all the bars – favorite heroes/town/country/languages and etc.
- Clients can rate & review your performance only after completing an order.
2. Order Assignment
- When a client makes an order, the customer support on shift will post the order specifics in the proper discord channel. Boosters who are online and available will write “yes” to claim the order in the channel. For a period of 5 minutes, the support will wait and then fairly assign which booster to take the order. Priorities will have boosters that are fast to react, that also do low pay and difficult orders (like leveling and duo q with their own accounts) and are dedicated to the work.
- After an order has been assigned to you, you will be able to see it on your website profile - in Orders -> Orders in progress. There you can see Order ID and some basic info. Click “Go to Order” and you will enter the order panel where you will be able to see detailed information on the boost/ options to manually update the order status/upload screenshots and etc.
3. Order Panel OBLIGATIONS & MUST DO STUFF!!!
- The first thing that you will notice is the client’s personal information and the boost specifics. Check if the client has provided accurate information by trying to log. You will most likely need a security code from the client’s battle net email or an authenticator approval. Start a chat with the client, be polite, say Hello and ask for the authentication code, keep him informed and regularly update him that everything is going well. If the client is not responding to your code request on chat, contact the support on shift. If his email or password is incorrect, click the “wrong credentials” button – the site will send an email to the client to contact you in the order panel chat and update you with the correct login info (If he doesn’t come or respond in 15 minutes, contact the support on shift to resolve the problem)
- You must be regularly updating the Order Status. Having the order panel always open, while doing a boost is highly reccomended!
- Every 2-3 hours update the order progress - % completed. Failing to do so is subject to a minor penalty (clients are looking for a regular update on how is their order going, admins and supports are following this too, no need to lose 5$ of your salary and make a bad impression, when you can take 30 seconds of your time to update the progress ...)
- Accurately update Win/Draw/Lose option after each game you play. Failing to do so is subject to a minor penalty! This is not mandatory for every boost, but it is a must when applicable!
- If you are taking a break you must specify this in the order panel (click “Take a Break). After that, message the client (chat in order panel) the reason and duration of your break (aka – going to sleep 9 hours, eating 30 min, brb toilet 1 hour etc.). Client's order will show in different color and he will know he can log in and use his account + he will be able to see how long he can use it! When you are returning to continue the boost click “resume work”. The client must be constantly aware of the status of his order and account availability. Failing to do so is subject to a minor penalty.
- Upload “Start” and “End” screenshots (before you start the boost and the result after you finish it, even in duo queue orders) Failing to do so is again subject to a minor penalty. Always keep a copy (screenshots) on your computer with the order ID, if the order gets a chargeback and you don’t have the needed screenshots you won’t get paid. Usually, if you uploaded them we should have it, but losing data and problems within the website's database are known to occur. Always save your screenshots with the order ID for 2 months after completion!
- In Duo queue, screenshot that you are in a party with the client and his start and end skill rating.
4. If you think you can’t finish the order or an urgent personal matter appears, contact support on shift for a change of booster. You will be paid for the % you have completed.
5. If the client says you can/can’t do something on his account, that is what you should do.
6. Private Boosting & Reports
- By private boosting, we mean taking a client from our website and boosting him privately (bypassing Boosting Ground). This is heavily penalized. Sanctions will be made according to the site's losses, decided by an admin!
- Contacting the customer is allowed ONLY through the website chat. Any other form of communication like emailing the customer, sharing discord and skype details or any other form, might be considered Private Boosting or be penalized! Exceptions are for Duo Q orders where in-game communications are allowed, as well as every coaching order where you can freely share and pass around skype/discord Ids. Solo boosts with any form of communication out of the order panel chat will look bad.
- Clients are rewarded if they provide proof that you are offering them a private boost. They are also penalized if they offer you a boost, so they can't trick you for the reward. Clients have they're own rules and rewards on the profile page!
- There is a 50$ reward + bonus reawrd from the admin if you provide proof, that a collegue is snatching customers and privateboosting them.
- We don't tolerate at all the idea of private boosting. Many of you will eventually try to do it and fail to cover it up.Always remember how much time and money the admins have spent in developing a good looking and functional website, hiring 24/7 customer supports, recruiting clients, ranking in Google, paying for adds, paying PayPal fees on every client transaction and paying local government taxes. We are mostly reinvesting everything we earn to provide a better service and more work for you. This is a professional company, that will not tolerate any sort of misconduct. All of this is strictly monitored, be advised!
7. Delaying orders, delaying order start, taking multiple orders, failing an order.
- Picking up orders and not starting them in the next 12 hours will be penalized a few times and after that, you will be relieved from duty. We don’t need slackers here!
- Delaying an order more than usual, without reporting it to the support on shift about a problem or requesting a change of booster will also result in a penalty.
- Taking multiple orders is allowed, only if other boosters are relatively busy, if you can stack your orders good (like a solo order + another duo client) or if you think you have the time, to wrap up and finish the boosts fast, delaying an order for taking multiple orders will be lightly penalized a few times and if this persists you will be demoted - picking up only 1 order at a time for all eternity xD
- If you fail and order. This means taking up an order and then transferring it to another booster (you couldn’t finish it for some reason), but you’ve also dropped below the starting point when the client ordered, you have to pay the differences (they will be reduced from your pay). Let’s say you receive a 4000-4200 SR solo boost. You play and drop to 3800 SR then decide you can’t do it and throw it to another person. We will take from you, 60% of the website price on 3800 to 4000 and give it to the new booster for his extra work.
8. Inappropriate behavior and getting an account banned.
- Inappropriate behavior with a client, your fellow boosters and admins are penalized. This includes curing, flaming, trolling and another type of misbehavior.
- Getting an account banned (when it is your fault like cursing, flaming, leaving games and using 3rd party programs) can result in severe penalties from 100-600$ and getting fired.
9. Completing an order that is not completed (intentionally and trying to lie about it)
- 50% down payment on the order for a first offense.
- On a second offense - getting fired. This is like a big missconduct and unethical to do.
10. Admins orders are the law!
- Not following an admin order can result in a 10$ penalty!
11. Sharing client information with individual outside of Boosting Ground (friends, players or other people)
- If you are looking for help with friends and players outside the company boosters, contact us first for approval and recruiting them for the current job or directly for Boosting Ground. Sharing client’s account information with people that are not working for us and without our approval will be penalized 100/200$/getting fired!
12. Splitting and getting help with orders.
- When you are splitting an order with another booster, all of you need to write down on your pay sheet the order ID and the % you will be receiving from the order. Let’s say Harry takes order #425 and splits it with Chris equally. Chris won’t have access to the order panel, so after they both complete the order, Harry should write on the pay sheet Order Id#425 – 50% (split with Chris) and Chris should write the same (split with Harry). This is being developed at the moment, so the website to ease the process, but it will take time.
13. Payments and getting paid.
- All of you will be receiving 60% ratio from the order. Exceptions are new boosters and boosters still in test periods, that can be at 50 or 55%. Payments are done only through PayPal with the “paying for goods and services” option. For now, you can request a payment after each order or a bulk payment at a later date. You must provide a pay sheet (a random text document with all the order ID’s you’ve completed, split orders, tips and bonuses we owe you) You can get Tips from happy clients, you will be getting 80% of the tip (other 20% goes for PayPal transaction fees and a small tip for the customer support on shift)
14. Bonuses
- There will be seasonal bonuses for well-performing boosters and coaches for all games. This is currently a work in progress and will be posted as workflow increases.
15. Additional Information
- If you are unavailable for a period more than a week, report it to an admin. You might find yourself kicked from the boosting squad for inactivity!
- If you are approached by another boosting company, report it to an admin.
- Keep us informed about which websites you are currently working except ours!

- Specific heroes and streaming orders will be assigned only to boosters that can play the hero well and have a good streaming connection.
- Been online and active in discord is a must! We need to be able to find you at all times.
- Have a proper pay sheet and update it regularly.
- If you make an amazing play on a high-level game, record it and send it to an admin. It can be used for promotion videos or video updates on your booster profile!
- Not responding to admin while online in discord (private message) for more than a few times, can get the admin severely pissed off and do unpredictable things! xD
