The passive ability of Wraith is not very powerful; however, it should not be underestimated. There is a voice warning you every time a danger is approaching. This can surely make a difference to you being killed. After hearing the voice, you will have a few seconds to prepare for the attack, or to leave the location. 

Wraith hears the voice not only when she is being aimed at, but also when she is in a location where a lot of people died.
