The Gladiator title in WoW isn't just about hitting a rating number. To earn it, you need to reach 2300 rating in 3v3 Arena, the Elite rank threshold, and then win 50 games while staying at or above that rating. Wins only count toward the 50 while you actively hold Elite rank. Drop below 2300 and progress stops. You have to climb back up before your win counter moves again. This makes Gladiator one of the more punishing titles to chase: one bad session at the wrong time can undo days of consistent work.

3v3 is also the only bracket that counts. Solo Shuffle and 2v2 Arena don't contribute, so every win toward the achievement must come from the full three-player ranked bracket.
