Every Hardcore player is aware of just how close your character is to dying at all times. You might even be visiting us because of an untimely electricity spike, disconnect, or a server lag. We at Boosting Ground understand that some rules have to be applied to our Hardcore services to make the orders fairer for our boosters and to alleviate the uncertainty! While using our Leveling services, you can choose between 2 types of insurance: Basic and Premium.
Basic Insurance includes:
• In the rare event of your character's death, our booster will re-create and level it to a certain point determined by your order's price and their progress at the time of the death. For example, if you purchased leveling from 1 to 40 and your booster died at level 35. This would mean a price difference from level 35 to 40 is left towards the order, which would equal a new leveling order from 1 to 15. Therefore, the booster would level a new character to level 15.
• You might also be entitled to a partial refund if you want the booster not to level a new character.
Premium Insurance includes:
• In the unfortunate case of your character's death, our booster will re-create the character and level it to the same level they were originally supposed to. If the leveling order was to level 40, they would finish the order at level 40, no matter how many deaths they might encounter.
• You are eligible for a complete refund of the price, excluding the insurance cost.
