• You can order up to 5 net wins at a time. A net win is +1 win to every loss (if a loss occurs).

• Ranked queue should be unlocked on your account and the rank, that you are ordering your wins for, already reached!

• If you checked out as a guest, an account would automatically be created for you. Make sure to check your email and the spam folder to receive your account details. If, by any chance, you haven't received your email, please contact our 24/7 live support chat for help!

• Log in to your account. A chat should be opened, between you and your booster. Say "Hi" and check if he has everything he needs to start your order (like account access when doing a piloted boost)

• The booster will either pilot your character or you can join their team in self-play mode. Alternatively, you can opt for Remote Control if you prefer not to share your account information.

• You will receive an email notification when your boost is completed. The order chat with your booster will also close after the order completion.

• Reviews - Since November 2016, we have implemented an integrated system that enables the comprehensive evaluation of each booster on our platform. This system has remained operational to the present day. Furthermore, commencing in December 2023, we are expanding our review platform presence to include Trustpilot. We kindly request your assistance in supporting us by sharing your valuable feedback on Trustpilot.

•Select Faction - Select this option to choose which faction you'd like your booster to play.

• Stream - For a flat tax you will get a private stream link from Youtube, Twitch, or another service provider. The link will be provided by your booster in your order chat.

• Appear Offline - is a service we usually provide by default. We will play while "'offline" or "invisible" and we will never reply back to any messages. Note that when playing in a party the "offline" status will have to be temporarily disabled.

•Fast Service - Once an order is placed it will be processed immediately and a booster will be assigned between 15 minutes and couple of hours, depending on the service, platform and the booster availability. Everything in our service is made so that you can get back to enjoying the game with your friends as soon as possible.
