The Surgeon Deck is the third Raider Deck in Arc Raiders, added as part of the Shrouded Sky update. It's packed with 25 rewards across five pages, all built around a medical theme. That includes outfit variants, cosmetic accessories, consumable healing items, augments, and Raider Tokens. Completing it costs 1,070 Cred total, and the final reward is the Full Beard cosmetic, which you can only get by finishing this Deck.
This guide breaks down how to claim the Surgeon Deck, what every reward costs, how page unlocks work, and the best ways to earn Cred so you can clear the whole track.
Raider Decks Explained
Arc Raiders doesn't use a traditional battle pass. Instead, the game has Raider Decks, which are reward tracks that you unlock using Cred (a currency earned through gameplay). Each Deck has multiple pages of rewards, and you spend Cred to buy whichever items you want on the current page.
Raider Decks aren't locked to a season, either. There's no expiration timer ticking down. You claim a Deck, then work through it at your own pace by spending Cred on individual rewards. You do get some flexibility in choosing which items to grab first within a page, but pages themselves unlock in order based on your total Cred spent in that Deck.
All three Raider Decks released so far have been free to claim. No purchases with real money, no Raider Token costs. The Deck preview screen does show Raider Tokens as a price indicator, but none of the Decks have actually required them.
How to Claim the Surgeon Deck
This part takes about five seconds:
- Open the Decks tab from the main menu screen.
- Find the Surgeon Deck.
- Claim it for free.
That's it. Once you claim it, the Deck goes active and you can start spending Cred on rewards right away. No Raider Tokens needed.
Surgeon Deck Progression
The Surgeon Deck has five pages of rewards. Every item on each page has its own Cred cost, and you pick which reward to buy next within the current page. So there's some choice in how you spend, even though pages must be unlocked in order.
To move to the next page, you need to hit a cumulative Cred spending threshold. You don't have to buy everything on a page to advance, but you do need to spend enough total Cred across all previous pages to meet the requirement.
- Page One - Available as soon as you claim the Deck
- Page Two - Unlocks at 90 Cred spent
- Page Three - Unlocks at 240 Cred spent
- Page Four - Unlocks at 490 Cred spent
- Page Five - Unlocks at 920 Cred spent
Since all 25 rewards cost 1,070 Cred combined, you'll have already bought most of the Deck by the time Page Five opens at 920.
All Surgeon Deck Rewards
Page One (Available Immediately)
| Reward | Category | Cred Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Surgeon Outfit (Base) | Outfit | 30 |
| First Aid Kit | Backpack Attachment | 10 |
| Bone Saw | Backpack Charm | 10 |
| Seeker Grenade x5 | Consumable | 20 |
| Sterilized Bandage x5 | Consumable | 20 |

Page One Total: 110 Cred
You get the base Surgeon Outfit here, which is the foundation for the color and variant unlocks you'll find later in the Deck. The First Aid Kit backpack attachment and Bone Saw charm are the two cheapest cosmetics in the entire track at just 10 Cred each, so they're easy early grabs. Seeker Grenades and Sterilized Bandages give you some immediate utility during raids, and a batch of 50 Raider Tokens wraps up the page.
Page Two unlocks at 90 Cred spent, so you'll actually hit that threshold before you finish buying everything here. At only 110 Cred for the full page, though, most players will probably just clear it all before moving on.
Page Two (Unlocks at 90 Cred Spent)
| Reward | Category | Cred Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Paramedic | Backpack | 50 |
| Face 18 | Character Cosmetic | 50 |
| Surgeon Outfit Variant | Outfit Variant | 50 |
| Surge Shield Recharger x5 | Consumable | 30 |
| Raider Tokens x50 | Currency | 30 |
Page Two Total: 210 Cred
This page leans heavily into cosmetics. The Paramedic Backpack, Face 18, and a Surgeon Outfit Variant are all priced at 50 Cred each. Surge Shield Rechargers add some squad support value for raids, and there's another 50 Raider Tokens to pick up.
Page Three (Unlocks at 240 Cred Spent)
| Reward | Category | Cred Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Surgeon Outfit Variant Colour (Red) | Outfit Color | 70 |
| Surgeon Outfit Colour (Cyan) | Outfit Color | 50 |
| Surgeon Outfit Variant | Outfit Variant | 40 |
| Tactical Mk.2 Augment | Augment | 30 |
| Smoke Grenade x5 | Consumable | 30 |
| Defibrillator x3 | Consumable | 30 |
| Raider Tokens x50 | Currency | 30 |
Page Three Total: 280 Cred
The biggest page in the Deck, with seven rewards. Two Surgeon Outfit color options show up here (a Red variant and a Cyan), plus another Outfit Variant. That gives you several more ways to mix up your look. The Tactical Mk.2 Augment is the first augment unlock in the Deck, and both Smoke Grenades and Defibrillators are solid picks for anyone running a support loadout during raids.
Page Four (Unlocks at 490 Cred Spent)
| Reward | Category | Cred Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Surgeon Hat (Scrappy Outfit) | Outfit Accessory | 90 |
| Raider Hatch Key | Key Item | 50 |
| Vita Shot x3 | Consumable | 50 |
| Tactical Mk.3 Augment (Revival) | Augment | 50 |
| Raider Tokens x50 | Currency | 40 |
| Raider Tokens x50 | Currency | 40 |
Page Four Total: 320 Cred
Outside of the Full Beard, Page Four has the priciest rewards in the Deck. The Surgeon Hat (a Scrappy Outfit piece) runs 90 Cred, making it the second most expensive item on the entire track. The Raider Hatch Key gives you access to Raider Hatches during raids, while Vita Shots add more healing to your inventory. The Tactical Mk.3 Augment carries the Revival modifier, making it the more advanced of the two augments in this Deck. Two separate batches of 50 Raider Tokens (40 Cred each) fill out the rest of the page.
Page Five (Unlocks at 920 Cred Spent)
| Reward | Category | Cred Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Full Beard | Facial Hair Cosmetic | 150 |
Page Five Total: 150 Cred
One reward. 150 Cred. The Full Beard is the most expensive single item in the Surgeon Deck and the final unlock for completing the whole track.
It's also the only way to get this cosmetic. The Shrouded Sky update added facial hair as a new character customization option in Arc Raiders. Every player gets the Stubble look for free, and you can buy the Stubble Beard from the store for 500 Raider Tokens. But the Full Beard is locked behind completing the Surgeon Deck. If you want the most rugged facial hair option available, you'll need to work through all five pages.

Reward Breakdown by Category
If you're trying to decide what to prioritize, here's a quick look at what kinds of items the Deck contains.
Cosmetics (10 items)
The Surgeon Deck is loaded with cosmetics. You'll find the base Surgeon Outfit, multiple outfit variants and color swaps, the Surgeon Hat (Scrappy Outfit), a Paramedic Backpack, a First Aid Kit backpack attachment, a Bone Saw charm, Face 18, and the Full Beard. For players who care most about character customization, this Deck has plenty of visual options tied to the medical theme.
Consumables (6 item sets)
Six stacks of consumables are spread across the Deck: Seeker Grenades (x5), Sterilized Bandages (x5), Surge Shield Rechargers (x5), Smoke Grenades (x5), Defibrillators (x3), and Vita Shots (x3). Most of these lean toward healing and squad support, which fits the Surgeon theme. They're useful for padding out your loadout as you work through the track.
Augments (2 items)
Two augments are up for grabs: the Tactical Mk.2 on Page Three and the Tactical Mk.3 (Revival) on Page Four. The Mk.3 carries the Revival modifier, tying it to teammate revive or related support mechanics.
Raider Tokens (6 batches)
You'll pick up six separate batches of 50 Raider Tokens across the Deck, adding up to 300 total. These go toward store purchases like the Stubble Beard cosmetic (500 Raider Tokens).
Key Item (1 item)
The Raider Hatch Key on Page Four gives you access to Raider Hatches during raids.
How to Earn Cred Efficiently
Cred is the only currency you need for Raider Deck rewards. You can't buy it with real money or Raider Tokens. The main way to earn it is through Feats.
Feats Explained
Feats are short challenges you complete during raids. They cover things like dealing damage to ARC enemies, extracting from certain maps, and finishing raid objectives. Once you complete a Feat, a new one refreshes in its place, so there's always something to work toward.
Where to Find Feats
Your available Feats show up on the Decks tab of the main menu, the same screen where you manage your Raider Decks.
Feat Rerolling
The Shrouded Sky update added Feat rerolling. You can reroll your available Feats up to three times per day, which is great for swapping out anything tedious in favor of something quicker.
Daily Bonus Cred
On top of individual Feat rewards, you earn bonus Cred for hitting daily milestones: completing one, three, and five Feats in a single day. Knocking out multiple Feats per session adds up faster than the base Feat payouts alone.
The Cred Soft Cap
Cred has a soft cap of 800. If you hit that number without spending, any extra Cred you earn from Feats is wasted. Get in the habit of checking your balance and buying Deck rewards regularly so you don't lose progress.
Tips for Completing the Deck
Here are some practical pointers for working through the Surgeon Deck based on how the page thresholds and costs are set up.
It only costs 110 Cred total and gets you the base Surgeon Outfit plus useful consumables. Page Two unlocks at just 90 Cred spent, so you'll reach it naturally while still finishing Page One.
Buy what matters to you first. You can pick which items to grab within each page, so spend according to your priorities. Cosmetic collectors should go for outfit variants and accessories, while players who want immediate raid value can grab consumables and augments first. If you're stacking Raider Tokens for store purchases, prioritize those batches.
Spend Cred regularly. The 800 soft cap means sitting on a full bank is a bad idea. Check your balance after each session and buy something before your next round of Feats.
Reroll Feats you don't like. Three rerolls per day is enough to keep your Feat list reasonable. If something would pull you out of your normal gameplay loop, swap it out.
Hit your daily Feat milestones. The bonus Cred from completing one, three, and five Feats per day makes a real difference over time. Even on shorter sessions, try to finish at least one Feat for that first milestone bonus.
Plan for the Full Beard. If the exclusive facial hair cosmetic is your goal, you need 920 Cred spent to reach Page Five, then another 150 to buy it. There's no shortcut, so pace your Cred earning with that total in mind.
Facial Hair Customization
The Shrouded Sky update introduced facial hair as a brand new customization category in Arc Raiders. Three options exist right now:
- Stubble - Free for all players, available automatically.
- Stubble Beard - Sold in the store for 500 Raider Tokens.
- Full Beard - Only obtainable by completing the Surgeon Deck. Not sold anywhere else.
The Full Beard is the most distinct of the three and the only one you can't just buy outright. It's a reward that takes real time and Cred investment to earn, making it one of the more recognizable cosmetics a player can wear right now.
