Boosting Ground LLC ("Boosting Ground," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Platform at www.boosting-ground.com.
1. Filing a DMCA Notice of Claimed Infringement
If you believe that content hosted on or linked to from our Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification containing the following information to our designated agent:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the infringing material: The specific URL(s) or a sufficiently detailed description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the Platform, so that we can find and identify it.
- Your contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. Notices submitted from an official company email address are preferred.
- Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Important: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
2. How We Process Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the notice for completeness. Incomplete notices may be returned for correction.
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly.
- Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable) that the material has been removed.
- Maintain a record of the notice for compliance purposes.
3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following:
- Identification of removed material: A description of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Good faith statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you are located outside the United States, the District of Delaware), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.
- Your contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not notify us within 14 business days that they have filed a court action to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we may restore the removed material.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Boosting Ground has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Platform or terminate the account of any user who infringes any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Boosting Ground displays game titles, logos, screenshots, and other materials belonging to third-party publishers and developers for the purpose of identifying the services offered on the Platform. All such content remains the property of its respective owners. Boosting Ground does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property and uses such content in accordance with nominative fair use principles.
