Getting Your Reshii Wraps

The Reshii Ribbons Hunt

Before you can claim your Reshii Wraps, you'll be collecting something called Reshii Ribbons during the K'aresh campaign. These are dangerous relics from old K'aresh that a group called the Ravel once used. The whole campaign revolves around earning the trust of K'aresh locals while you hunt down these ribbons.

Once you've gathered enough Reshii Ribbons, you'll combine them to create your Reshii Wraps. This process sets you up for the big showdown with Dimensius, the All-Devouring, which is a major part of the K'aresh story.

Full Campaign Route

Most players should take this path for their main character. You'll progress through the Patch 11.2 storyline until you reach Chapter 3, specifically the "Desert Power" arc. Everything builds toward completing "The Tabiqa" quest, which is where you actually get your cloak.

Completing "The Tabiqa" gives you three things: your Reshii Wraps, a free Fiber for customizing secondary stats, and 3 Ethereal Strands for upgrades. Right after finishing this quest, you'll get "A Skip Through the Void," which sends you to meet Hashim at Overlook Zo'Shuul.

Meeting Your Key NPCs

Head to Overlook Zo'Shuul (/way #2371 50.3 36.3) to find two NPCs who'll be crucial for your Reshii Wraps journey:

Hashim handles all your upgrade needs. He's your vendor for Fibers, tracks your Ethereal Strands progress, and helps your cloak tap into ethereal energies.

Shad'anis teaches you Phase Diving through the "Another World" quest and becomes your Untethered Coins vendor later.

You'll complete several tutorial quests with these NPCs:

Alt Character Shortcut

For your second character and beyond, there's a much faster way. After completing just two quests from Patch 11.2 (up through "Return to the Veiled Market"), you can skip the entire remaining campaign. This immediately gives you "A Skip Through the Void" quest.

Travel straight to Hashim and pick the dialogue option "I need new Reshii Wraps" to get your cloak instantly. You'll miss out on the free Fiber and starting Ethereal Strands, and you skip the Phase Diving tutorials, but you can start upgrading immediately.

How Reshii Wraps Adapts to Your Spec

The cloak gets smart once you socket your first talent point during the tutorial questline. It automatically switches between three different effects based on your active spec, and all three proc roughly twice per minute with a 100ms internal cooldown.

Customizing with Fibers

The Reshii Wraps has a special Fiber Socket that lets you add secondary stats. You can swap these out anytime by right-clicking the socketed Fiber, so don't worry about making permanent choices.

Basic Fibers (Rare Quality)

Hashim sells these for 100 currency each, and you get one free when completing "The Tabiqa":

Premium Fibers (Epic Quality)

These provide much higher secondary stats but require more work to get. You need Renown 5 with the K'aresh Trust faction (earned through K'aresh content and storylines) and either Khaz Algar Tailoring skills or access to the Work Order system if you're not a Tailor.

The Epic versions are:

• Pure Dexterous Fiber: More Versatility
• Pure Energizing Fiber: More Mastery
• Pure Precise Fiber: More Critical Strike

Picking the Right Fiber

For tanks, Versatility (Dexterous/Pure Dexterous) gives both damage reduction and increased healing received, making it extremely valuable for survivability. Healers typically want Haste (Chronomantic/Pure Chronomantic) for faster casts and better throughput, though some specs might prefer Mastery. DPS should generally go with Critical Strike (Precise/Pure Precise) or Haste, depending on your class scaling.

Upgrading Your Reshii Wraps

Ethereal Strands are the currency you'll use to progress through five upgrade tiers. Each upgrade costs 3 Strands and unlocks weekly through a rolling cap system.

Getting Ethereal Strands

You start with 3 Strands from "The Tabiqa" if you do the full campaign. After that, you'll earn them from:

• Warrant quests in K'aresh
• End-of-delve reward chests
• Manaforge Omega raid bosses
• The War Within Season 3 dungeon bosses
• Winning PvP matches in Season 3

The Weekly Progression System

New talent points unlock each week through a rolling cap. If you miss a week, you can catch up by farming extra Strands when you return rather than falling permanently behind. You can grind Strands continuously until you hit the current weekly limit.

You'll spend 15 total Strands to max out your cloak completely.

Item Level Progression

Your cloak starts at 694 and reaches 730 when fully upgraded, gaining 36 item levels total:

All stats scale with item level, including your base stats, Fiber bonuses, and spec proc effects.

The Five Upgrade Tiers Explained

Tier 1: Boon of the Reshii

This first upgrade transforms your cloak from basic gear into a functional artifact. You unlock your spec-specific Ethereal ability and gain access to Phase Diving. Your cloak becomes truly useful at this point.

Tier 2: Secrets of the Depths

You can access secret rooms in Khaz Algar Delves that contain extra rewards. While Phase Diving, you'll find Phase Orbs that boost your Primary Stat by 5% for 20 minutes and have a chance to grant Phase-Lost appearance items.

Tier 3: Orbs of Power

This upgrade bridges combat and exploration. Enemies you kill while Phase Diving can now drop those same Phase Orbs from Tier 2. More importantly, you can finally mount while Phase Diving and automatically get a Phase-Lost Slateback mount when you try to mount in the phased state.

Tier 4: What Lies Beyond

You'll now see Phase-Lost Exchequer treasure chests scattered throughout K'aresh while Phase Diving. These provide unique loot that's unavailable through normal gameplay, adding a treasure hunting element to your exploration.

Tier 5: Regalia of the Reshii

The final upgrade gives you the "Power of the Reshii" achievement and unlocks transmog appearances for the Reshii Hood (helm) and Reshii Mantle (shoulder pieces). This completes your full Reshii aesthetic set.

Mastering Phase Diving

Phase Diving lets you experience K'aresh through ethereal eyes, accessing a sub-realm called Untethered Space. You'll find unique rewards and challenges that aren't available through normal gameplay.

How Phase Diving Works

Use Phase Conduits scattered throughout K'aresh to enter and exit Untethered Space. These work just like flight paths for navigation. You'll consume Phase Energy during extended activities, and creatures in Untethered Space also consume this energy. You can exit anytime using the Phase Regulator item or by returning to any Conduit.

Conduit Locations

Phase Conduits are located at: Shadow Point, Untethered Space, Fracture of Laacuna, Shan'dorah, The Oasis, North Sufaad, Lunnall River, Serrated Peaks, Naakroa, Hosaas' Rest, Ruins of Yaathron, and Tazavesh, the Veiled Market.

Untethered Coins and Rewards

Phase Diving activities reward Untethered Coins, which are transferable between your characters. Complete "More Than Just a Phase" to unlock this currency system, then spend coins with Shad'anis at Overlook Zo'Shuul.

Mythic+ Players

Farm Season 3 dungeons for Strands and explore Phase Diving between runs. The DPS proc effect scales well with the fast-paced nature of keystone dungeons.

PvP Players

Win PvP matches for Strands while collecting Untethered Coins through Phase Diving exploration. The tank and healer proc effects provide noticeable benefits in battlegrounds and arena.

Solo Players

Combine Delve completion with Warrant quests and extensive Phase Diving exploration. This approach gives you the most diverse reward streams and lets you progress at your own pace.

Avoiding Common Mistakes

Don't skip the campaign on your main character to save time. You'll miss out on the free Fiber and starting Ethereal Strands, which puts you behind from day one.

Start Phase Diving right after your Tier 1 upgrade, even if you're not interested in exploration. The Untethered Coins add up over time, and you'll want that currency available when you see something you want.

Spend your Ethereal Strands as soon as new upgrade tiers become available. Hoarding them doesn't help since the system is time-gated anyway, and higher item levels provide immediate benefits.

Research your spec's stat scaling before choosing Fibers. Don't just default to generic stat priorities without considering how your specific class benefits from different secondary stats.

Don't put all your eggs in one basket for Strand farming. Mix different content types so you can keep progressing even if one source becomes unavailable or less appealing.

Getting the Most Out of Your Reshii Wraps

Week one should focus on getting your cloak and completing the Tier 1 upgrade for immediate access to your spec ability. Weeks two and three, balance Strand farming with exploring the Phase Diving system to start accumulating Untethered Coins.

For long-term planning, work toward K'aresh Trust Renown 5 while progressing through upgrade tiers. The Epic Fibers make a noticeable difference as your cloak reaches higher item levels.

Map efficient routes between Phase Conduit locations to minimize travel time once you start serious exploration. The Tier 3 upgrade's mounting capability completely changes the Phase Diving experience, so prioritize getting there if you plan to spend time in Untethered Space.

Save intensive treasure hunting for after the Tier 4 upgrade when all treasure types become visible. Before that, focus on learning the system and building up your Untethered Coins balance.
