• The total price you pay covers the gold required to secure the item, eliminating any additional concerns on your part;

• We guarantee item acquisition through either Hard Reserving or by outbidding all competitors; there's no need for you to possess or contribute any gold separately—it's all included in the overall price on our end;

• While our website's current functionality may limit purchasing multiple items from a single boss, our customer support is ready to assist you in creating a custom order. If your needs extend beyond three items from a raid, enjoy a 20% discount on your order!

• Feel free to schedule self-play raid times with your booster at your convenience, following your order placement.

• The service is provided in the form of a GDKP raid. The way the GDKP raids work is, that after the raid is completed, people are bidding, with gold, on the items that were dropped during this raid run. We will try to outbid other buyers with the gold we have, so you don't have to do it yourself. We will use our gold, not yours;

• This service is done with account sharing or self-play. For account sharing, you will have to let our booster access your WoW Classic account. You are not allowed to play the character that the booster is working on. Or, you can play yourself alongside our booster with a premade team;

• We will find a GDKP raid team for you, so you don't have to waste time on that, and will run it piloted or self-play;

• The price includes the runs needed + gold that we gonna use to purchase that item;

• Once an order is placed it will be processed immediately and a booster will be assigned between 15 minutes to a couple of hours, depending on the service, platform, and booster availability;

• WoW Classic subscription and adequate Gear up to BWL, MC and Onyxia's Lair are required!

• If you checked out as a guest, an account would automatically be created for you. Make sure to check your email and the spam folder to receive your account details. If, by any chance, you haven't received your email, please contact our 24/7 live support chat for help!

• Log in to your account. A chat should be opened, between you and your booster. Say "Hi" and check if he has everything he needs to start your order (like account access when doing a piloted boost)

• You will receive an email notification when your boost is completed. The order chat with your booster will also close after the order completion.

• Class - Needless to say we need to know which character to play.

• Booster - This option allows you to choose a specific booster or the first available to complete your order.

• Stream - For a flat tax you will get a private stream link from YouTube, Twitch, or another service provider. The link will be provided by your booster in your order chat.

• Appear Offline - is a service we usually provide by default. We will play while "'offline" or "invisible" and we will never reply back to any messages. Note that when playing in a party the "offline" status will have to be temporarily disabled.

• Piloted - Need assistance? Our expert booster will play your character on your behalf.

• Self-Play - You're in control! Join the group and take the reins yourself.
