Apex Legends is a favorite game for at least 100 million players all over the world as was announced in a tweet earlier this year. With that big of an army, the developers have no other choice than creating even more entertaining and challenging content. And this is already a fact – Season 10 is already here and with it one of the most waited events – Evolution Collection. In this article we will be talking about all the upcoming nerfs and buffs as we are going all over the patch notes. Are you ready?
Let’s just begin writing the Rampart which is pretty much the main focus of this event, as her ultimate has now gone mobile.
Rampart will now be able to run around with Sheila and shoot while walking, the spin up is longer, and she only gets one magazine in this mode. Once Sheila is actually out you can put it away and then pull it back out until you run out of ammo or you hit the cooldown time. At any point though you can still place Sheila down for your teammates to use and once it is placed it will have infinite reloads and acts just like the previous version, but you can’t pick it back up.
There is now new VFX for Revenant created to increase visibility for when a totem is placed nearby. There is somewhat how when you place a global ultimate it pulses out. You can’t expect that for Revenant.
Octane actually received a nerf as they reduce his jump pad horizontal distance by 10% to 15%. They’ve also reduced the rate of Octane stem regeneration from 1.5 to 1.0. It is going to be interesting to see how this nerf actually plays into Octane.

When Bloodhood now pings a clue for their passive it will show their teammates in quick chat how long ago that event took place.
Bocek Compound Bow also received some changes. As the draw speed has been slightly reduced from 0.56 to 0.54. They also increased the arrows from 14 to 16 and now you’re able to hold 32 per stack in your Inventory.
For Hemlock they reduced the hipfire’s spread and then made it so the hip bar actually resets slightly faster.
They made some changes to the Shatter Caps like for the Bocek Compound Bow the damage per pellet has been increased across all draw strengths. As for a short draw it is from 4 to 6 a medium draw is now 7 to 9 and the full draw used to be 11 and now it’s 12. But for the 30 30 Repeater the Ads Strafe speed has been increased to a shotgun strafe speed and then the charged pellet damage multiplier has been increased from 35% to 50%.
They also touched up on the L-Star as the cool off time has been slightly increased and then the overheat lens replacement time has also been increased and the rounds it takes before overheat is reduced across all energy magazines has change on the base from 22 to 20 with a white magazine, used to be 24 to 22. Blue is 26 to 24 and purple or gold was 28 to 26. He also changed around the prices in arenas but for shotguns like Eva-8 and Mozambique the headshot multiplier has been reduced from 1.5 to 1.25.
Bringing it more in line with the Peacekeeper and Mastiff. The triple take did receive a little buff as the Ads charge time has been decreased from 1 second to 0.8. They also made some other quality of life changes like they shortened the out of bound timer from 30 seconds down to 15. You are now also able to swap to a gold shield without having to use a long press and evo shields in death boxes will now be able to show their health.
Apex Legends Evolution Collection Event started on Sempember, 14th and is really interesting and then there will also is a rewards tracker which comes with a bunch of different charms, a lifeline skin, a triple take skin , then also one for The Wingman. They are planning to sell some bundles, including some skins from past events but also some other ones from this event.
