Weekly quests are Warband-wide and can be progressed across multiple characters, so currency generation for alts is much faster than doing everything on one toon.
The Gameplay Loop
The core loop is simple:
- Complete World Quests whenever they're up
- Kill rare enemies whenever they spawn on the map
- Finish the weekly quests when you can
Rare events drive the whole thing. Every 10 minutes, a Twilight's Blade ritual kicks off somewhere in the Twilight Highlands. You disrupt the ritual, take out the shielding ritualists, and kill the exposed rare.
These rares can drop Champion-track Warbound gear, Valor Stones, Resonance Crystals, Crests, and Twilight's Blade Insignia.
Once per hour, an Ephemeral Void can appear during a rare event. If you complete its sub-objective, it summons the Voice of the Eclipse, an additional rare that drops the same loot. When this triggers, you're doubling your rewards from that cycle.
Twilight Ascension Vendors
Two vendors at the Elven Resistance Camp handle all event rewards:

Vendor gear is identical to what drops from rare events, so buying is optional if drops are going your way.
Full Slot Coverage
The event covers every equipment slot: Cloth, Leather, Mail, and Plate armor, one-handed and two-handed weapons, shields and warglaives, cloaks, rings, and necklaces. All items use the Ascension Arrestor naming convention and are available from both drops and the vendor.
Upgrading Twilight Ascension Gear
You can upgrade Twilight Ascension gear along the Champion track using materials earned from the event itself. It won't reach Hero or Myth track levels, but it gives you a solid floor for leveling and early outdoor content.

Gearing aside, Delves are a perfect testing ground during the pre-patch. Two new combat tools make learning your class much easier:

- No gear reset has happened
- Keystone Master may still be achievable

If you already geared through M+ in Season 3, that gear outperforms every pre-patch catch-up option and stays strong into Midnight leveling. If you never touched M+ during the season, the pre-patch isn't a great time to start since there's no accelerated gearing built into it anymore.
M+ right now is a holdover. It keeps your existing power intact but doesn't help you grow.
PvP During Pre-Patch
PvP is still live, but the Season 3 PvP season ended before the pre-patch started, so it's in the same frozen state as M+.

- You can still earn Honor and Conquest
