The Headwinds update added several new quests to Arc Raiders, and The League is easily the most lighthearted of the bunch. Other Headwinds missions send you after dangerous robots or have you gathering research data, but this one's different. Apollo wants to start a football (soccer) team in Speranza, and you're the one collecting everything he needs.
This guide walks you through every objective, covering all item locations and photo spots. The mission itself isn't complicated, but knowing exactly where to go saves you a lot of time and keeps you from wandering into trouble.
Quest Overview and Objectives
The League has four objectives, and you can tackle them in any order:
- Find and deliver a Deflated Football
- Find and deliver a Bicycle Pump
- Photograph the goal posts by the Water Towers in Dam Battlegrounds
- Photograph the football magazines inside a kiosk in Buried City
Since these objectives span two different maps, planning your route ahead of time cuts down on extraction trips and lowers your chances of losing items to other players.
Before You Deploy
Safe pockets protect items from being lost when you die or get taken out by other raiders. Two safe pockets means both quest items stay protected no matter what happens during your run.
On the bright side, The League doesn't send you anywhere particularly dangerous. The locations you'll visit sit away from major hotspots, so you're less likely to run into hostile players. Less likely, but not impossible, so stay alert.
Water Towers Location
Photographing the Goal Posts
Head to the Water Towers area in the southwest corner of Dam Battlegrounds. The goal posts sit on the south border of the map, below the Electrical Substation. You'll find them on the east side of the towers, right next to the northeasternmost water tower.
Once you spot the goal posts, look for the interaction point nearby. Use it to snap the required photo and mark this objective complete.
Grabbing the Deflated Football
Don't leave yet. The Deflated Football has a guaranteed spawn right next to where you took that photo.
Look for a small metal box sitting in the grass between the goal posts and the nearby water tower. Interact with it to dig up the Deflated Football and add it to your inventory.
Deflated Footballs can spawn randomly in residential areas across the game, but this guaranteed location saves you from relying on luck. Grab it here and move on.
Marano Station Location
Photographing the Football Magazines
Your next stop is Buried City. Head to Marano Station in the northwest section of the map.
Two magazine kiosks sit at the train station, but only one is actually accessible. Look for the small newspaper stand on the north end of the station. Go inside, find the interaction point, and photograph the football magazines to complete this objective.
Grabbing the Bicycle Pump
Step outside the kiosk and move around to the front, like you're a customer walking up to buy something. Near the north wall of the structure, you'll see a bike. Interact with it to spawn the Bicycle Pump, then pick it up.
Like the football, Bicycle Pumps appear randomly throughout the game, but this guaranteed spawn point is right next to your objective anyway. Grab it here and save yourself the trouble.
Put the Bicycle Pump in your other safe pocket and extract from Buried City.
Turning In the Quest
Once you've photographed both locations and extracted with both items, head back to Speranza. Talk to Apollo to hand over the Deflated Football and Bicycle Pump.
Rewards
Completing The League gets you the Faded Flush colour scheme for the Aviator outfit. The rewards aren't spectacular, but the quest is quick and doesn't put you in any high risk combat situations.
Fastest Route
If you want to knock this out as quickly as possible:
- Deploy to Dam Battlegrounds
- Go to the Water Towers in the southwest
- Photograph the goal posts
- Collect the Deflated Football from the metal box nearby
- Extract
- Deploy to Buried City
- Travel to Marano Station in the northwest
- Enter the northern kiosk and photograph the football magazines
- Exit and collect the Bicycle Pump from the front of the kiosk
- Extract
- Return to Speranza and turn in the quest
You can also start with Buried City if you prefer. Since objectives can be completed in any sequence, the order doesn't matter. Just make sure you extract safely with each item before moving on.

Final Tips
Both the Deflated Football and Bicycle Pump can spawn randomly elsewhere in the game, but the guaranteed spawns described above were placed specifically for this quest. If you already have either item sitting in your stash from previous runs, you don't need to collect another one. Your stash items count toward quest completion.
The photograph objectives use specific interaction points at each location. You don't need a camera item or special ability.
