Every win you order here is a NET win. Losses along the way do not come out of your total, and they do not cost you anything extra.

Deadlock sorts players with a hidden matchmaking rating that tracks how you actually perform, and wins are the clearest signal that pushes it upward. A losing run does the opposite, sinking your rating and pairing you with weaker teammates who make the next climb harder. Every Deadlock match is decided by a chain of objectives that leads to the enemy Patron. You farm Troopers for Souls during the laning phase, drop the lane Guardian, then the Walker, which unlocks extra item capacity for your team. After that you push the base defenses and Shrines before the two-phase Patron can fall. Neutral targets like the Mid-Boss and the Soul Urn swing tempo and fund big fights, though they don't replace the lane-by-lane march toward the base. Pulling all of that off across six players, while reading when to commit and when to back off, is what separates a steady winner from a team that throws a won game.

Souls are the currency behind everything in Deadlock. You earn them by last-hitting Troopers and denying the enemy theirs, then spend them on leveling your hero's abilities and buying items. The shop splits items into Weapon, Vitality, and Spirit categories, with flex capacity you unlock by taking objectives, so your build keeps opening up as the match runs long. Knowing which purchases spike your hero's power at the right moment, then timing those spikes around fights, is a large part of why some players win far more than others. Each hero rewards a different build and playstyle, and a booster who has logged serious hours across the roster reads those matchups quickly and picks the line that wins the lane.

• Log in to your account. A chat should be opened, between you and your booster. Say "Hi" and check if they have everything they need to start your order (like account access when doing a piloted boost).

• You will receive an email notification when your boost is completed.

• Piloted - Need assistance? Our expert booster will play your character on your behalf.

• Self-Play - Prefer to play the games yourself? You queue alongside our booster and play your own hero while they carry the lobby. Self-play costs more because it takes longer and depends on your own matches.

• Specific Heroes - Pick the heroes you want played during the boost. Bear in mind Deadlock only allows heroes you have 15 Standard wins on, so narrowing the pool can slow the run, which is what the surcharge covers.

• Stream - For a flat fee you will get a private stream link from YouTube, Twitch, or another service provider. The link will be provided by your booster in your order chat.

• Appear Offline - is a service we usually provide by default. We will play while "offline" or "invisible" and we will never reply to any messages. Note that when playing in a party the "offline" status must be temporarily disabled.

• Region - Tell us which region your account plays on so we assign a booster who queues into the right servers.

• Secured VPN - Choose the location we connect from, so the boost is played from a country that matches your usual login pattern.
