Mythic Uniques are the rarest item tier in Diablo 4, identifiable by their purple loot beam and purple tooltip text. Every Mythic drops at maximum item power with fixed affixes - the stats don't roll randomly, they're always at their highest possible values. Each item also comes with at least one Greater Affix, which pushes its power even further beyond standard gear. Most Mythic Uniques can be equipped by any class, but a handful of weapon types have class restrictions. The Grandfather, for example, is limited to classes that can wield two-handed swords. Two paths exist: spend sparks at the Blacksmith for a random Mythic Unique Cache, or take them to the Jeweler along with the right rune combination to craft the exact item your build needs. Gathering enough sparks is the bottleneck. Guaranteed sources exist each season - defeating Uber Lilith for the first time, completing the Season Journey's final tier, and killing your first Tormented Boss of the season each reward one Resplendent Spark.
