Every competitive season begins with ten placement matches that determine your starting rank. The system uses your previous season's MMR as a baseline, then adjusts based on wins and losses during calibration. Only match outcomes count toward your rank. Individual stats like eliminations, healing, or damage don't factor into the calculation, so winning is all that matters. As you play through placements, a predicted rank updates after each game, giving you a rough idea of where you'll land. Players who ended the previous season in Gold can expect Gold-tier lobbies at the start, but a dominant streak will push the system to place you higher. Later matches carry more weight than early ones, making consistency throughout all ten games critical.

Overwatch has two separate ranked tracks, and each requires its own set of placement matches. Role Queue locks you into one role per match (Tank, DPS, or Support) and assigns a separate rank for each role you play. Open Queue removes role restrictions entirely, giving you one universal rank regardless of what you pick. Both modes have independent MMR values, so performing well in one doesn't carry over to the other. If you play multiple roles or queue types, that means multiple sets of placement games to complete each season. • Unfortunately, ensuring victory in every game becomes increasingly challenging as you climb the ranks. Consequently, at higher ranks, the outcome of placements becomes harder to predict and guarantee. You can see the guarantees for each division below:

• Unranked - Gold: 80% winrate guaranteed!

• Platinum - Master: 70% winrate guaranteed!

• Grandmaster - Champion: 60% winrate guaranteed!

• If a booster exceeds the maximum allowed losses, they'll make up for it by adding two extra wins for each additional loss.

• Access to Competitive (Ranked) playlist should be achieved and not locked.

• Choose the tier you finished last season on, not where you expect to land this time. If you've never placed on this account, pick Unranked. If you only played certain roles, use the tier from the roles you actually played.

• For arcade competitive modes such as Deathmatch or CTF, pick the last-season tier you finished that mode on. If you haven't played it, use the average tier of your current competitive rank; a rough estimate works and our team will sort it out.

• Log in to your account. A chat should be opened, between you and your booster. Say "Hi" and check if they have everything they need to start your order (like account access when doing a Solo (Acc Share) boost).

• You will receive an email notification when your boost is completed. The order chat with your booster will also close after the order completion.

• Booster - This option allows you to choose a specific booster or the first available to complete your order.

• Stream - For a flat price, you will get a private stream link from YouTube, Twitch, or another streaming platform. The link will be provided by your booster in your order chat.

• Appear Offline - This is a service we usually provide by default. We will play while "offline" or "invisible", and we will never reply to any messages. Note that, when playing in a party, the "offline" status will have to be temporarily disabled.

• Solo (Acc Share) - Need assistance? Our expert booster will play your account on your behalf.

• Specific Heroes - Our boosters will play the heroes you tell them to play! (If not chosen, your booster will play whatever they are comfortable with).
