• We will get you a necessary amount of points (3000) to purchase Golden or Jade gun skin of your choice.

• Ranked placements must be completed on your account. If you have any remaining Placement Games to complete, you can order them here: Placements Matches

• The service will not raise your current rank and is dedicated only to obtaining the Golden or Jade gun reward (to be exact, competitive points to acquire one)! We will, however, maintain the same division you are currently on. The boost doesn't include any end-season rewards. All Competitive Points are farmed from the win and draw CP rewards.

• If you checked out as a guest, an account would automatically be created for you. Make sure to check your email and the spam folder to receive your account details. If, by any chance, you haven't received your email, please contact our 24/7 live support chat for help!

• Log in to your account. A chat should be opened, between you and your booster. Say "Hi" and check if they has everything they need to start your order (like account access when doing a piloted boost)

• You will receive an email notification when your boost is completed. The order chat with your booster will also close after the order completion.

• Booster - this option allows you to choose a specific booster or the first available to complete your order.

• Stream - For a flat tax you will get a private stream link from Youtube, Twitch, or another service provider. The link will be provided by your booster in your order chat.

• Appear Offline - is a service we usually provide by default. We will play while "'offline" or "invisible" and we will never reply back to any messages. Note that when playing in a party the "offline" status will have to be temporarily disabled.

• Piloted - Need assistance? Our expert booster will play your account on your behalf.

• Specific Heroes - our boosters will play the heroes that you will tell them to play! (if not chosen, your booster will play whatever they are comfortable with)
