• We will get you to the Top 500 rank and will maintain it till the end of the season (if the option is chosen).

• In order to qualify in the Top 500, the SMS protection of your account must be active. You will not be eligible to enter the rank list and we will not take responsibility if you do not turn your SMS protection on.

• Ranked placements must be completed on your account. If you have any remaining Placement Games to complete, you can order them here: Placements Matches

• If you checked out as a guest, an account would automatically be created for you. Make sure to check your email and the spam folder to receive your account details. If, by any chance, you haven't received your email, please contact our 24/7 live support chat for help!

• Log in to your account. A chat should be opened, between you and your booster. Say "Hi" and check if they has everything they need to start your order (like account access when doing a piloted boost)

• You will receive an email notification when your boost is completed. The order chat with your booster will also close after the order completion.

• Reviews - Since November 2016, we have implemented an integrated system that enables the comprehensive evaluation of each booster on our platform. This system has remained operational to the present day. Furthermore, commencing in December 2023, we are expanding our review platform presence to include Trustpilot. • Booster - this option allows you to choose a specific booster or the first available to complete your order.

• Stream - For a flat tax you will get a private stream link from Youtube, Twitch, or another service provider. The link will be provided by your booster in your order chat.

• Appear Offline - is a service we usually provide by default. We will play while "'offline" or "invisible" and we will never reply back to any messages. Note that when playing in a party the "offline" status will have to be temporarily disabled.

• Piloted - Need assistance? Our expert booster will play your account on your behalf.

• Specific Heroes - our boosters will play the heroes that you will tell them to play! (if not chosen, your booster will play whatever they are comfortable with)

• Specific Role - we need to know the queue type you'd like us to complete your boost at

• Competitive Games Played? - if you are ranked Champion 5 or higher, we need to know your current amount of games played in your role bracket!

• Fast Service - Once an order is placed it will be processed immediately and a booster will be assigned between 15 minutes and a couple of hours, depending on the service, platform, and the booster availability.
