• We will get you to a Guaranteed rank regardless of your starting position!

• A certain amount of Competitive points (introduced in Season 9), that you can spend to get a Jade or Gold (starting Season 10) weapon skin for your favorite hero. (the amount of points acquired depends on your order: the more ranks are required to achieve, the more points you will have by the end of it, due to our booster having to complete more games)

• Access to the Competitive (Ranked) playlist should be unlocked.

• Ranked placements must be completed on your account. If you have any remaining Placement Games to complete, you can order them here: Placements Matches

• If you checked out as a guest, an account would automatically be created for you. Make sure to check your email and the spam folder to receive your account details. If, by any chance, you haven't received your email, please contact our 24/7 live support chat for help!

• Log in to your account. A chat should be opened, between you and your booster. Say "Hi" and check if he has everything he needs to start your order (like account access when doing a piloted boost)

• You will receive an email notification when your boost is completed. The order chat with your booster will also close after the order completion.

• Reviews - Since November 2016, we have implemented an integrated system that enables the comprehensive evaluation of each booster on our platform. This system has remained operational to the present day. Furthermore, commencing in December 2023, we are expanding our review platform presence to include Trustpilot. We kindly request your assistance in supporting us by sharing your valuable feedback on Trustpilot.

• Current Division Progress - we need to know your current division progress, to give you an appropriate discount based on the progress you've already made, and so our boosters know the starting point in the current division!

• Booster - this option allows you to choose a specific booster or the first available to complete your order.

• Stream - For a flat tax you will get a private stream link from Youtube, Twitch, or another service provider. The link will be provided by your booster in your order chat.

• Appear Offline - is a service we usually provide by default. We will play while "'offline" or "invisible" and we will never reply back to any messages. Note that when playing in a party the "offline" status will have to be temporarily disabled.

• Piloted - Need assistance? Our expert booster will play your account on your behalf.

• Self-play - You're in control! Join the group and take the reins yourself.

• Specific Heroes - our boosters will play the heroes that you will tell them to play! (if not chosen, your booster will play whatever they are comfortable with)

• Select Role - we need to know the queue type you'd like us to complete your Ranked boost at

• Fast Service - Once an order is placed it will be processed immediately and a booster will be assigned between 15 minutes and a couple of hours, depending on the service, platform, and the booster availability. Everything in our service is made so that you can get back to enjoying the game with your friends as soon as possible.
