What You'll Receive

Requirements & Things You Need to Know!

• Access to the Competitive (Ranked) playlist should be unlocked.

• Please, note that Self-play option is only available to Masters 4 for Damage and Tank roles. Support role Self-play option exists till Masters 1 rank.

What Should I Do After I Order?

• If you checked out as a guest, an account would automatically be created for you. Make sure to check your email and the spam folder to receive your account details. If, by any chance, you haven't received your email, please contact our 24/7 live support chat for help!

• Log in to your account. A chat should be opened, between you and your booster. Say "Hi" and check if he has everything he needs to start your order (like account access when doing a piloted boost)

• You will receive an email notification when your boost is completed. The order chat with your booster will also close after the order completion.

• Reviews - Since November 2016, we have implemented an integrated system that enables the comprehensive evaluation of each booster on our platform. This system has remained operational to the present day. Furthermore, commencing in December 2023, we are expanding our review platform presence to include Trustpilot. Additional Options

• Current Division Progress - we need to know your current division progress, to give you an appropriate discount based on the progress you've already made, and so our boosters know the starting point in the current division!

• Booster - this option allows you to choose a specific booster or the first available to complete your order.

• Stream - For a flat tax you will get a private stream link from Youtube, Twitch, or another service provider. The link will be provided by your booster in your order chat.

• Appear Offline - is a service we usually provide by default. We will play while "'offline" or "invisible" and we will never reply back to any messages. Note that when playing in a party the "offline" status will have to be temporarily disabled.

• Piloted - Need assistance? Our expert booster will play your account on your behalf.

• Self-play - You're in control! Join the group and take the reins yourself.

• Specific Heroes - our boosters will play the heroes that you will tell them to play! (if not chosen, your booster will play whatever they are comfortable with)
