• Season 9 introduces a complete rank reset, so every player will have to do 10 placement matches to start the competitive season!

• Unfortunately ensuring victory in every game becomes increasingly challenging as you climb the ranks. Consequently, at higher ranks, the outcome of placements becomes harder to predict and guarantee. You can see the guarantees for each division below:

• Unranked - Gold: 80% winrate guaranteed!

• Platinum - Master: 70% winrate guaranteed!

• Grandmaster - Top 500: 60% winrate guaranteed!

• If a booster exceeds the maximum allowed losses, they'll make up for it by adding two extra wins for each additional loss.

• Access to Competitive (Ranked) playlist should be achieved and not locked.

• If you checked out as a guest, an account would automatically be created for you. Make sure to check your email and the spam folder to receive your account details. If, by any chance, you haven't received your email, please contact our 24/7 live support chat for help!

• Log in to your account. A chat should be opened, between you and your booster. Say "Hi" and check if he has everything he needs to start your order (like account access when doing a piloted boost)

• You will receive an email notification when your boost is completed. The order chat with your booster will also close after the order completion.

• Booster - this option allows you to choose a specific booster or the first available to complete your order.

• Stream - For a flat tax you will get a private stream link from Youtube, Twitch, or another service provider. The link will be provided by your booster in your order chat.

• Appear Offline - is a service we usually provide by default. We will play while "'offline" or "invisible" and we will never reply back to any messages. Note that when playing in a party the "offline" status will have to be temporarily disabled.
