One bad teammate can undo an entire winning streak, and the ranked ladder doesn't care how well you played individually. Overwatch competitive play uses nine skill tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Master, Grandmaster, Champion, and Top 500. Each tier except Top 500 splits into five divisions, with 5 being the lowest and 1 the highest. Reaching division 1 promotes you to division 5 of the next tier above.

Role Queue and Open Queue maintain separate ranks. In Role Queue, you carry individual ranks for Tank, Damage, and Support, so performance on each role is tracked independently. Open Queue uses a single universal rank regardless of hero picks.

Matchmaking relies on hidden MMR that determines your lobbies. Your visible rank closely follows this rating but isn't used directly for lobby creation. After each match, modifiers like win streaks, loss streaks, and calibration bonuses affect how fast you climb or drop. Ranks soft reset with each new competitive season.

Two methods exist for getting your Overwatch rank boost done, and the right choice depends on your schedule and comfort level.

Solo (account sharing) means a booster logs into your account and plays ranked matches on your behalf. This is the faster option since the booster can grind through divisions without waiting on your availability. VPN protection and appear offline mode keep things anonymous throughout.

With an Overwatch duo boost, you queue alongside a pro in your competitive matches. You stay on your own account the entire time while their skill tips the lobby in your favor. Duo boosting falls completely within Blizzard's terms of service since no account sharing is involved. Completion times depend on when you're available to play, and personal performance matters more at higher ranks.

Players who want speed and don't mind handing over access tend to pick solo. Those who prefer playing on their own account and picking up game sense from a Top 500 teammate usually go with duo.

• Access to the Competitive (Ranked) playlist should be unlocked. New players must win 20 Quick Play matches to gain access.

• Competitive Arcade and CTF are separate playlists from standard Competitive. If you choose Comp Arcade/CTF under Select Role, we complete the boost in that mode.

• Log in to your account. A chat should be opened, between you and your booster. Say "Hi" and check if they have everything they need to start your order (like account access when doing a Solo (Acc Share) boost).

• You will receive an email notification when your boost is completed. The order chat with your booster will also close after the order completion.

• Current Division Progress - We need to know your current division progress, to give you an appropriate discount based on the progress you've already made, and so our boosters know the starting point in the current division!

• Booster - This option allows you to choose a specific booster or the first available to complete your order.

• Stream - For a flat fee you will get a private stream link from Youtube, Twitch, or another service provider. The link will be provided by your booster in your order chat.

• Appear Offline - Is a service we usually provide by default. We will play while "'offline" or "invisible" and we will never reply back to any messages. Note that when playing in a party the "offline" status will have to be temporarily disabled.

• Solo (Acc Share) - Need assistance? Our expert booster will play your account on your behalf.

• Play With Boosters - You're in control! Join the group and take the reins yourself.

• Specific Heroes - Our boosters will play the heroes that you will tell them to play! (if not chosen, your booster will play whatever they are comfortable with)

• Select Role - We need to know how you'd like us to play: your role (Damage, Tank, Support), Open Queue, or Competitive Arcade/CTF.

• Solo Only - Your booster plays solo queue only for the entire boost and never groups with other players.

• Demotion Protection - Turn this on if you're currently in demotion protection so your booster plays carefully to avoid dropping a division.
