Ordering takes a few minutes, and the raid work starts as soon as your booster picks up the order.
1. Pick the difficulty and the run type that match your goal, from a full 8/8 clear to a single
encounter or an achievement route.
2. Choose your delivery method. Self-play keeps you on your own character inside the raid group.
Piloted hands the character to your booster and needs account access.
3. Complete the order. A chat opens between you and your booster straight after checkout.
4. Say hi in that chat, confirm scheduling, and pass over anything the team needs before the first
pull.
5. The team clears the content you ordered, and you get an email notification once the boost is
finished.
The difference between this and a random group comes down to certainty. A pug can vote-kick you at the
third wipe, split after two bosses, or burn your lockout without reaching the reward you joined for.
A booked run has the roster and the schedule settled before anyone zones in, so your lockout gets
spent once and spent well.
