The Graverobber title requires completing seven challenges, each tied to a different looting mechanic in Marathon. Big Ticket asks you to extract with over 10,000 total loot value from a single run, which means targeting high-density POIs and avoiding deaths that reset your haul. Fixer-Upper requires using a Matter Fixative on a compromised item to remove its corruption, saving gear that would otherwise be destroyed on extraction. High-End Heist has you open a Prestige Locked Room, one of the rarest loot containers on Tau Ceti IV. Collector is one of the trickier ones, demanding that you obtain seven different salvage types through the Materialist system in a single run without dying. Locksmith requires exfiltrating with a Superior or Prestige Key Template, which means reaching at least CyberAcme Rank 16 to unlock key crafting. Exquisite Taste asks you to successfully extract with Prestige-tier Salvage, the rarest material category in the game. Sentimental Value rounds out the list by requiring you to sell an Enduring item that has been exfiltrated at least three times across separate runs.

Several Graverobber challenges revolve around Marathon's interconnected key and salvage systems. Salvage items come in five rarity tiers: Standard, Enhanced, Deluxe, Superior, and Prestige Eccentric. Higher rarities drop from more dangerous locations, locked rooms, and endgame zones like Cryo Archive. Prestige Salvage in particular only spawns in the toughest areas, making the Exquisite Taste challenge dependent on both finding the right room and extracting alive. Key Templates are crafted through CyberAcme's Locksmith upgrade path. Deluxe templates unlock at Faction Rank 16, and Superior templates at Rank 28. Crafting a key requires purchasing the template from the Armory and then converting it during a live run, which means carrying a valuable item through hostile territory. Prestige Keys drop from UESC Commanders and can't be crafted, adding another layer of RNG and combat difficulty. For the Locksmith challenge, you need to exfiltrate with at least a Superior-tier template still in your inventory, so buying one and extracting safely is the most reliable path.
