Escape from Tarkov doesn't care about your feelings. One bad raid can strip you of a loadout you spent hours building, and the game won't apologize for it. Promo codes are one of the few freebies Battlestate Games actually hands out, dropping weapons, storage cases, armor, and crafting materials straight into your account with zero risk. These codes tend to disappear without warning, though, so you'll want to grab them fast.
This guide covers every confirmed working code, what you actually get from each one, how to redeem them step by step, and a full archive of expired codes.
How Promo Codes Work
Battlestate Games periodically releases alphanumeric codes that you can punch into the game launcher or the official website. Once activated, the rewards land in your Messages inbox inside the game, and you collect them into your stash from there.
What you get depends entirely on the code. Some drop combat gear like guns and armor. Others give you crafting materials, hideout fuel, medical supplies, or storage containers that free up stash space. A few even include Roubles, Tarkov's main currency for buying equipment from traders and the flea market.
There's no cost, no strings attached. You just need an active Escape from Tarkov account.
All Currently Active Codes
Here's every working promo code with a full list of rewards. These can expire at any time, so redeem all of them now. If one's already dead, the game will just tell you it's invalid.
Tarkov codes get deactivated without notice. Redeem every code on this list immediately - don't bookmark and come back later.
SHKREKDIVISION
Rewards: Equipment and weapons
The newest code on the list, dropped by Nikita Buyanov (head of Battlestate Games) himself. It gives you equipment and weapons, though a complete item list hasn't been confirmed across all sources yet. Codes from Nikita typically include solid gear you can take straight into raids, so grab this one regardless.
INEEDSPACE
Rewards: Weapons Case, Ammo Case
Easily the most valuable code available right now. The Weapons Case is a large container built specifically for storing firearms, and the Ammo Case does the same for ammunition. Both are expensive to craft or buy on your own, so getting them at no cost is a huge deal for anyone struggling with stash space (which is basically everyone on standard edition accounts).
Battlestate Games confirmed this code alongside SHKREKDIVISION. If you're only going to redeem one code from this entire list, this is the one.
ELVISVISTA
Rewards: Elvisvista Tarko Figurine, 2x Silver Ornaments
A collectible drop rather than a combat one. The figurine is a unique item, and the two Silver Ornaments work as barter goods you can trade with vendors. It won't change how your next raid goes, but free barter items are always worth picking up.
WILDHUNT
Rewards: 2x MP-43-1C Double-barreled Shotguns, 2x Ushanka Hats, 2x Korund-VM Body Armor, 2x 6Sh112 S-S Vests, 40x AP-20 Shotgun Slugs
This is the big combat code. Korund-VM is Class 5 body armor, which stops most rounds you'll run into during raids. Getting two of them for free is a serious advantage. The 6Sh112 S-S Vests add carrying capacity, and the 40 AP-20 slugs are shotgun rounds with enough penetration to punch through armored players. The MP-43-1C shotguns are basic double barrels on their own, but loaded with AP-20 slugs they turn into genuinely dangerous budget weapons.
Between the armor, vests, guns, and ammo, you're getting enough gear to put together two full raid loadouts without spending a single Rouble.
How to Redeem Your Codes
You can activate codes through the game launcher or a web browser. Both do the exact same thing.
The Battlestate Games Launcher
The fastest option if you've got the game installed.
- Open the Battlestate Games launcher.
- Find the menu near your player name in the upper right area (where your username and online status show up).
- Click Activate Code.
- Type or paste the promo code exactly as written. Match the capitalization, since codes may treat uppercase and lowercase letters differently.
- Hit Activate.
- You'll get a confirmation if it works. Your items will show up in the Messages menu once you launch the actual game.
- Open Messages and move the items into your stash.
You'll need to enter each code one at a time. Just run through the full list.
The Official Website
Useful if you're away from your PC or just prefer doing it in a browser.
- Log in to the official Escape from Tarkov website with your Battlestate Games account.
- Go to the Activate Promo Code page. Sometimes you'll get redirected there automatically after logging in.
- Enter each code in the text box and click Activate.
- The rewards transfer to your account and appear in your Messages the next time you boot up the game.
Same items, same account, different interface. Pick whichever works for you.
Troubleshooting
Code says invalid. It's probably expired. Tarkov codes get deactivated without notice all the time. Just move on to the next one.
Items aren't showing up. Your rewards go to the Messages inbox, not directly into your stash. Launch the game, open Messages, and accept them from there.
Already redeemed. Every code can only be used once per account. If you've already claimed it, you can't claim it again.
Getting a capitalization error. Enter codes exactly as listed. INEEDSPACE and ineedspace might not be treated the same way.
The Actual Value of These Codes
For new players or anyone coming back after a break, here's what you're walking away with in practical terms.
Storage Cases Save You Hundreds of Thousands of Roubles
Stash management is one of Tarkov's most constant headaches. The Weapons Case from INEEDSPACE costs a fortune to build or buy, and the Ammo Case isn't cheap either. Getting both at no cost instantly solves a chunk of your inventory problems, especially on standard edition accounts where space is already tight.
Two Full Loadouts, Zero Cost
WILDHUNT hands you two sets of Class 5 armor, tactical vests, shotguns, and penetrating ammo. That's two complete budget raid kits ready to go. If you're still learning the maps and dying frequently (no judgment, everyone does), having disposable gear sets you didn't pay for takes a lot of pressure off.
Barter Items Still Have Real Uses
Even the collectible codes like ELVISVISTA pull their weight. Barter items trade with vendors for equipment, and collectibles can sell on the flea market for Roubles. You'll find a use for everything these codes give you.
All Expired Codes
These codes no longer work. They're listed here for reference, and because Battlestate Games has occasionally reactivated old codes in the past. It costs nothing to try them, but don't count on any going through.

How to Keep Up with New Codes
Bookmark this page. We update this guide at Boosting Ground as soon as new codes get confirmed. It's the simplest way to stay current.
Redeem the moment you see them. Some codes last for months. Others die within 24 hours. There's no way to tell which is which, so always punch them in right away.
Give expired codes a shot. The worst outcome is an "invalid code" message. Battlestate Games has brought old codes back before, so a quick attempt never hurts.
Follow Battlestate's socials. Official announcements and dev streams are where most codes first appear. Nikita in particular likes to drop codes during podcast appearances and community events.
Battlestate Games doesn't follow any kind of regular schedule for code drops. Some show up during major updates, others get released when Nikita hops on a podcast or goes live on stream. Bookmark this page and check back regularly.
