• We will win a desired amount of matches in Ranked or Unranked playlist;

• Random amount of experience for your account and hero proficiency for random heroes could be acquired during the boost.

• Access to Ranked playlist should be unlocked on your account, if you were to order Ranked matches wins, and you should already have a rank that you are ordering wins for;

• You can order up to 5 net wins at a time. A net win is +1 win to every loss (if a loss occurs).

• If you checked out as a guest, an account would automatically be created for you. Make sure to check your email and the spam folder to receive your account details. If, by any chance, you haven't received your email, please contact our 24/7 live support chat for help!

• Log in to your account. A chat should be opened, between you and your booster. Say "Hi" and check if they have everything they need to start your order (like account access when doing a piloted boost).

• You will receive an email notification when your boost is completed. The order chat with your booster will also close after the order completion.

• Reviews - Since November 2016, we have implemented an integrated system that enables the comprehensive evaluation of each booster on our platform. This system has remained operational to the present day. Furthermore, commencing in December 2023, we are expanding our review platform presence to include Trustpilot. We kindly request your assistance in supporting us by sharing your valuable feedback on Trustpilot.

• Stream - For a flat tax you will get a private stream link from YouTube, Twitch, or another service provider. The link will be provided by your booster in your order chat.

• Appear Offline - is a service we usually provide by default. We will play while "'offline" or "invisible" and we will never reply to any messages. Note that when playing in a party the "offline" status must be temporarily disabled.

• Role - We would need to know the role you'd prefer our boosters to play;

• Specific Heroes - Please, choose this option if you have specific characters that you'd like our boosters to play (specify them in the "Additional Info" tab for your order).

• Fast Service - Once an order is placed it will be processed immediately and a booster will be assigned between 15 minutes and a couple of hours, depending on the service, platform, and the booster availability.
